Led a learning-design team delivering quality, outcomes-based learning through major aged-care regulatory reform.
The Challenge
Build workforce capability across the Commission during significant aged-care regulatory reform.
What I Did
Led a team of six designers and developers using ADDIE, Agile and formal project management; ran learning-needs analysis and design sign-off with SMEs; prototyped rapidly in Figma/Sketch; built a reusable Learning Designers Induction (TAE40116); partnered across compliance, regulatory strategy and quality functions.
The Outcome
Quality outcomes-based learning delivered online, virtually and face-to-face through the reform — plus a repeatable induction that lifted the team's own capability.
