The Challenge
Build a mandatory induction on disability rights that would land credibly across the whole agency — and be owned by the community it represents.
What I Did
Co-designed with the Disability Advocacy Network Australia (DANA) and disability peak bodies; built rights-based eLearning; evaluated on the Kirkpatrick model.
The Outcome
Exceeded 18,000 completions, and recognised with two NDIS Light Up Awards (2018, 2019).
